Artists

Collaboration based on the exchange between accurate information (no one better than the living artist to authenticate his works) and the perpetuation of his works in a transparent and traceable way.

With this, the registered artist with a verified profile can create NFTs of Provenance for his works, creating or not their digital versions. With these NFTs, your works will be forever protected, authenticated, and traceable.

Buyers are eternally assured of the originality of the work. Artists are always protected against forgery and can know which wallets hold their artwork in real-time.

The NFTs created with Originis bring the history of the artist and a reference to his complete work through the smart contract and the connection to our Originis. Besides, the guarantee for the buyer that that work, be it the physical painting, the scan, or the digital native work, was made by the artist, and his registration was verified on our Originis. We add the history of each artist in his works.

The approach with artists requires a differentiated price for authentication (initially, we will only charge the minimum registration fee when the artist sells his work, favoring their cash flow). The variable costs will be following the Originis practices, and in case of sale of the physical work outside the Originis we will ask for a 5% commission.

We will meet the artists through direct contact with them. We will talk to the galleries, third-party and own art events, and other related events in some cases. We also foster relationships with new artists through contact with artists already registered in Originis and other actions described in the Marketing section.

Collectors

They are our initial work base.

Before starting the architecture and technological construction, we talked to several collectors to understand if the problem they were attacking was common to all and what they see as a feasible solution to face this problem.

For collectors, Originis is the ultimate solution to the biggest problem in the art world and, consequently, to the entire cultural history of our society. We provide a transparent registration and validation process, supported by documents, backed by scientific evidence when possible, and community.

Plus, the ability to control your entire collection through our Originis - from ownership to physical location. We will even transform all loan agreements - including insurance, transportation, etc. - into intelligent contracts to facilitate the relationship between borrower and lender.

Collectors are an essential source for Originis collection.

The approach with this group is particular and can be divided into two parts: the collector and his support team.

The collectors are accessible through contact and referral, so we initially sought to gather big names with worldwide relevance. Each of these collectors accesses a series of other collectors, and so on.

Another way we are starting to approach this is through institutions that serve these collectors: Private Banking, Insurance Companies, Exhibition Curators, and all other services aimed at the High-End public.

Your support team is the actual user of the Originis to register for the authentication process. We will train and further expand our support team to facilitate the work of this other support team that serves the private collector.

We offer gradually lower prices according to the size of the collection. In principle, we do not differentiate the final value of the work to form the cost of the validation process, and the proportional gain is left to the negotiations - of physical or digital works - where we charge percentage fees on the transacted values.

Museums

They rpresent the most relevant institutions in the art world. And for us, they mean an essential institutional validation.

While they have extensive collections, they do not always have a large cash flow. This leads us to work with museums with our minimum authentication fee. And make it easier for them to pay. On the other hand, museums represent an advance in rewards for our community; we always try to get special conditions for members of our ecosystem.

Museums can count on our collection management system, explained in the item "Collectors.” Added to this, we have the facility to organize exhibitions with works that do not belong to the museum; once the identity of all is preserved, Originis intermediates the request of works for exhibition, allowing the parties to meet at the end of the process and after the release of both parties.

The approach to museums is made in 2 ways: indication and commercial team with experience in this relationship.

We already have one relevant museum with us, and we will hire people who work in these institutions to increase our work with museums. This is a necessary action that Originis considers a priority.

Galleries

Represent another important part of market institutions. They have several contemporary artists in their collection and therefore represent one of the gateways to this public.

The interests can be conflicting in some situations - several gallerists present themselves as a reliable source of the authenticity of the works. So, we respect when there is no synergy between the parties. Still, we also try to offer solutions that make their lives easier, making Originis a reliable and rich source of material for the work of these gallerists.represent another important part of market institutions. Art Experts

These are often people with years of experience, which implies some situations that must be treated with care and attention. They are the source of one of the analyses for each work of art, the expertizations.

They will be contacted for two main reasons: to be part of our community and for validation of expertizations presented by the registrar.

Because it is a high average age audience, as it requires experience in the subject, digital interaction is not always something natural. We will have a dedicated team to make this exchange when necessary. Being a source of knowledge and industry knowledge, we can promote this exchange through events created by Originis and research and education institutions.

The approach to the experts will be made by the community itself in the process of authentication of the works and through an active attitude of research and development of a relationship with them by Originis internal team.

In the case of solid partnerships, they may also be a source of artwork.

Art Students or Correlated

this audience is exciting for Originis because they are people who have some experience with the art world and are in the knowledge absorption phase of life.

We will reach them with actions in art education centers and the like. And also through digital forums and discussion centers about art.

Art Enthusiasts and Art Appreciators

This is the excellent base of our community. Serious and committed people who want to deepen their knowledge on the subject through the experience of the art world

and the financial returns that Originis provides through the division of revenue from our processes of authentication and trading of works of art.

The offline approach to this audience will have several fronts, listed but not limited to, such as partnerships with public and private universities that have an art department, events in these centers of knowledge about art (debates, lectures, exhibitions, etc...). The initial focus will be art courses, journalism, librarianship, history, etc.

Digitally we will promote art events, collaborations with current digital artists, direct approach to art NFT communities.

We will list below the different digital marketing actions to attract this public, and we have initially searched for a group of people who are already active and engaged with this public.

The interaction of all community members will be guided by our community policy (more information on our official channels), and this behavior will be considered when forming the validation pools, the score to classify the members into levels (the classification is directly related to the returns obtained).
