Costs and Rewards of the Provenance Process
The Originis Community will also be rewarded with $OGS ($Originis) tokens native to the Originis. This reward will always be proportional to the direct revenue of the processes without discounting any eventual costs that the Originis will cover.
These rewards will be proportional to the responsibilities of the processβthe greater the involvement and collaboration, the greater the share in generated revenue.
For the fees for the registration and validation process:
50% Community;
50% Originis;
And the community portion will be divided up like this:
45% Responsible Pool;
22.5% Support Pool 1;
22.5% Support Pool 2;
7.5% Community Stake;
2% Committees;
0.5% Ambassadors;
These percentages among the Pools may vary for each process according to each party's contribution. This initial format represents the case where the Responsible Pool performs the work, and Support reconfirms that everything is correct, with no other contributions to the process.
The complementary information brought by the Support Pools by the Community will be classified through voting, either by the Validator Community or by the Pools themselves, depending on the stage of the registration and validation process:
β’ Supplementary Information: 2.5% in favor of the collaborating source, taken from the Responsible Pool if supplemented by the involved Pools. Or taken proportionally from all if brought in by the community;
This category refers to all the information that does not alter the final decision about the registration and validation of the work, and it adds or subtracts points. Still, they are minor additions to the process.
β’ Decisional Information: 10% in favor of the collaborating source, taken from the Responsible Pool if supplemented by the Pools involved. Or taken proportionally from all if brought in by the community;
This category refers to any information that changes the final decision about work or creates a consensus until then, undefined by the lack of information. It adds or subtracts points decisively.
The final division will also serve as a model for dividing trading fees. The fees charged by the Originis will be:
Physical Board Trading Fee: 20% (over price);
NFT Trading Fee: 10% (of the final value);
Negotiation Fee for Collaboration Projects: 20% (of the final value);
Negotiation Fee Fractional Items: 20%.
Partner Event Negotiation Fee: to be defined on a case-by-case basis;
Within this revenue universe, the division will be as follows, based on the total received by the Originis, before discounting costs and after discounting taxes:
20% Community;
80% Originis;
The division of the community share will be as defined above. Example 1:
1 Collector who registers one painting and sells it;
Registration Fee: US$1,000.00
Collector's requested value: US$5,000,000.00
Auction value (+20% over price): US$6,000,000.00
Division of Revenues for the Community in Example 1 above:
Registration: $500.00
Sale: US$200,000.00 Example 2:
Total NFT Trading for the Semester: US$50,000,000.00
10% Trading Fee: US$5,000,000.00
Division of Revenues for the Community in Example 2 above:
Trading NFTs: $1,000,000.00
