Distributed Certification Process via Community
We will divide the explanation of the process into steps as it occurs within the system.

Distributed Certification
We heard this definition in a meeting with the CEO of a major crypto company in Brazil. We think it accurately defines the heart of our Originis, the perfect union between the technology and the intent we apply to it.
Distributed certification is what we call the base process of our Originis, where an organized community is responsible for validating the supporting documents of the process. Based on this initial evaluation creates support for the review of the process as a whole.
This process is done in different stages, with other mechanisms to add content and trust in the process and transparency. And although its steps are carried out by groups formed within the community and with the possibility of support from specialized committees, the final evaluation is always available to the community as a whole for collaboration.
Soon the result is also supported by the entire community.
Formation of Pools
It is selected from the validators in order of priority and experience in the subject. Once the validator is offered participation in the pool, it automatically moves to the end of the queue if it accepts. If he doesn't get the participation, he will remain in the priority position.
Whenever the validator finishes a process with his team, they will go to the end of the priority queue, and the position between them is randomly defined. They will move up as new Provenances are completed, and so on.
We will set a stake amount for the member to be eligible for a validator (validator slot). The level in the community and prior art knowledge will also be considered. This amount will be disclosed in a future update of this material and our networks.
The priority will always be to join a responsible pool whose reward is greater than the support pools. Acceptance into a support pool does not imply a loss of position in the queue of responsible pools.
The pool will be composed of one responsible member, generally the one with the highest level among the members, respecting the minimum level required to be eligible for the position.
The other members will each be responsible for one stage or sub-categories of the process.
So, we will have the following form in each pool, regardless of responsible or support:
General Responsible Member;
Analysts minimum;
They can and are encouraged to cooperate through a dynamic income distribution mechanism by collaboration added to the process.
Process Dynamics
After the pools are formed, each member receives the information for verification, a process detailed below.
At this stage, unsolved doubts and questions within the pool are directed to the customer.
The pools, any one of them, can trigger the committees to complement the analysis.
Among the various members of Originis committees, all members with knowledge about the artist or art movement will be called.
Each committee member will issue their score on the work (equivalent to the expert score) and documents, and members may follow the opinion of other members whom they consider to be more knowledgeable and therefore equate their scores. The scores issued by the committee will weigh three because they represent a more expert opinion of the standard process, the equation described below.
The committees may also freely request access to the standard process for any reason, and in this case, your score may have two possibilities:
Community Standard Rule: additional collaboration to the process as a community member, reward described in the section on Ecosystem Costs and Rewards below;
Interruption: the situation where the committee sees a relevant error or doubt that may change the final status of the process. In this case, the point will be directed to the Pools. If they are not solved, and both views are not in consensus, caution and security will prevail;
When there are no more questions, the process is laid out for the whole community to evaluate and collaborate.
All community questions are directed to the three pools that are part of the process and will be solved among them in a consensual way. If this is not possible, the question is taken to the client, who will return to the pools that are part of the process, which in turn will analyze and pass it on to the community, and so on.
When there are no further questions, the artwork is ready to receive its NFT of Provenance.
